The longest word in the world

Has anyone here heard of the longest word in the world? Some sat it has. 45. Some different. But there is one that is 189,819 words. It take over three hours to pronounce, and it is below. It is so long it is just tiring. And I do not get how to pronounce it. It fun listening to it, though, it's on youtube. It's the chemical name for titin.
